Dead man's number won the lottery

There were three winners of the P19,551,096 jackpot prize of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) under the number combination of 41-23-33-22-05-42 on March 3. Two of the winners are related to each other, one being the widow, and the other is the niece of the man who died in December.
It was last year at the hospital just before the man died when he told his wife and his niece to continue betting on his favourite number. Both of them did exactly what they were told, and some two months later, they both struck gold.

They didn't tell anyone yet about their good fortune. It was only then when they saw each other at the PCSO Office to claim their money that they realized they both won. They were really surprised and shouted for joy while embracing each other. They simply could not believe their luck.
