Tearful Speech By The Philippines After Super-Typhoon Haiyan

Climate change representative Yeb Sano delivered a tear-jerking speech at the United Nations climate meeting in Warsaw, Poland. He asked wholeheartedly for the world to take immediate and concrete actions in order to alleviate the worsening emission of carbon dioxide that results to climate change.

Sano spoke not just for his relatives who suffered under the hands of super typhoon Hainan who ravaged the Philippines on November 8, but of the people who perished as well.

As human beings who supposed to protect the world, we are responsible in everything that happens to it. So if we have the power to create, we too have the power to destroy. We know what is right. Therefore, it is now the time to make it happen.
