Young School Girls Killed In A Road Mishap

A tragic accident cost the lives of both students and teachers numbering to 15 with 45 others injured when their tour bus crashed into the back of an 18-wheel truck on a hillside road in Prachin Buri on Friday at about 4:30 in the morning.

According to report, the bus hit the truck and it veered off the road before it smashed into a tree. Many of those young passengers who died were the ones tossed from the bus. Eleven people died at the scene while the other four died at the hospital.

Initial inspections by the police suggested the crash was due to faulty brakes.

The bus full of schoolgirls, all under the age of 10, together with their teachers from Nakorn Ratchasima was on its way to Jomtien Beach near Pattaya
