Zumba Saturday

We work eight hours a day, five days a week. Some of us even work longer than that including the weekends with no time to tend for our health. We just simply go straight to bed without dinner sometimes.

It's bad and it sure is not healthy. It will weaken our body which will eventually damage some organs. This can lead to some serious diseases, or worst, death.

Therefore, exercise is definitely a must. We might not be able to do it more often, but once a week with friends for an hour or two would be better than nothing.

To encourage people who forget to burn unwanted fats or feeling lazy to do so, here's the Zumba activity of ours originally for fun. But because of its fast way of burning fats and an enjoyable moment with friends, it's now added as a regular activity every Saturday.
