5 Pinoy teachers to teach at child care centers next year

Hello Kabayan! It's been a while since the last time I made a post. Grabeng busy lang. I was preoccupied by work at the university and some extra curricular outside. Thank God December isn't much of a hectic month, but come January and February and I'll be out juggling my time once again teaching my students here at the university as well as some groups of high school students at one of the largest secondary schools here in Phitsanulok. In short, magiging busy ulit starting next month.

But I'm back and I want to talk about a good news I received from Dr. Warong last Sunday. It's good news because I'll be needing 5 teachers next school year to teach preschool kids at child care centers here in Phitsanulok. That means five Filipino teachers will have the chance to work and be part of us. One of the mayors in this province according to Dr., promised to fund this project as an umbrella of "English for All" project which is slated to begin sometime in May.

It's interesting to note that this is the first time Phitsanulok is about to hire foreign teachers particularly Filipinos to teach preschool kids at child care centers. I have a feeling it is also going to be the first across the country, but I could be wrong, though.

So watch out for further announcement. Perhaps in end of March or early April I will start accepting applicants. I don't have much details yet but I'll inform you all as soon as I hear anything new. By the way, it's nice to be back.
