Jet Air Show for children gone wrong, pilot killed

Group Capt. Dilokrit Patawee caused him his life after the jet he was piloting went down at an airbase in Hat Yai during a Children's Day show.

The 34-year-old Royal Thai Air Force pilot was unable to eject in the JAS 39 Gripen he was maneuvering. The jet suddenly lost altitude, slammed into the ground and exploded, Khaosod English reported.
